Refund/Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted by email to tim@timlargent.com within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted by email to tim@timlargent.com no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
