Refund/Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the printing facility part are covered at their expense.

If you have a problem with your order please do not send the product back to the facility where it was printed. If it was their fault you do not have to ship it back to them, they will reprint it and reship for free and you keep the damaged product.

To report a problem with your product(s), please email me the following at and I will submit the problem report for you.

-pictures of problem
-description of problem
-if you would like a re-shipment or refund of your product(s). You will not be charged for a re-shipment and you do not have to return the defective product(s).

If you ordered the wrong size, you don't like the color or if your package was never delivered, but the tracking says it was delivered they will not accept a problem report. If any of these happen to you please email me at and I will work you to solve the issue.
